Consultation on NFAP 2007

By determination of 08 March 2007, approval was given to the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP), drawn up in accordance with articles 15 and 16 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February).
 
The NFAP is considered to be a document that will have significant impact on the relevant markets and as such it was determined that it shall be submitted to the general procedure of consultation under the terms of article 8 of the above law, for a period of 20 working days.
