By determination of 29 August 2007, it was decided to grant a prior hearing to CTT - Correios de Portugal, having been set for this purpose a 15-working-day time limit, concerning action taken by the latter following the audit carried out by KPMG to CTT's indicators of quality of service and complaint system for 2004, including the report on the results of the monitoring exercise on the levels of quality of service provided by the company in this year and determinations and recommendations for improvements in the monitoring system of indicators of quality of service and the complaint handling system.
