Reimbursement of amounts paid by OPTIMUS

By determination of 29 August 2007, and having Optimus - Telecomunicações sought the reimbursement of amounts in respect of which excess payment was made, in the period between 1998-2001, by way of radio spectrum usage fees, is has been decided that such reimbursement should take place, taking into account that failure to return amounts not due would lead to an unjust enrichment on the part of ANACOM, for which such fees constitute revenue.
