Transfer from OPTIMUS to NOVIS TELECOM of rights of use for frequencies and for numbers

By determination of 19 September 2007, approval has been granted to a draft decision on the request for authorisation to transfer rights of use for frequencies and for numbers allocated to OPTIMUS to NOVIS TELECOM, having been previously received the opinion of the Competition Authority on the matter. This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of OPTIMUS and NOVIS TELECOM, pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, a deadline of 10 working days having been set for the companies to submit their opinions in writing.
