RUO - Dispute between PTC and Tele2 on the consumption of energy

By determination of 31 October 2007, approval has been given to a draft decision by which the request was denied for the resolution of a dispute between PT Comunicações (PTC) and Telemilénio - Telecomunicações (Tele2) with respect to the non-payment of invoices for the consumption of energy during the reference unbundling offer (RUO) presented by PTC under the terms of article 10 of the Electronic Communications Law. This draft decision also gives clarification to a point of the RUO in respect of the prices payable by OLOs (other licensed operators) in exchange for the co-installation services provided by PTC.

The interested parties have been notified of the prior hearing process, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure. A maximum period of 10 working days has been set for this process, so that PTC and Tele2 may respond in writing.
