Declaration permitting ACP to provide electronic communication services

By order of 6 November 2007, approval was given to the issue of a declaration granting permission to ACP - Comunicações Electrónicas, Unipessoal, Lda. to provide a mobile telephone service as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), and to further provide services reselling short data (SMS) traffic, internet access services and other data transmission services.
