Measures taken by CTT in respect of the compensation of users for non-compliance with the indicators of quality of service in 2006

By determination of 13 December 2007, ANACOM decided not to oppose the proposal by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. (CTT) for complimentary measures to be implemented until the end of 2007. Such measures are designed to compensate users in general for the failure to achieve the indicators of quality of service in 2006.
