Alteration of the method of collection of quarterly statistical information

By determination of 21 January 2005, a draft decision was approved, regarding the alteration of the method of collection of quarterly statistical information from providers of the fixed telephone service, mobile telephone service, data transfer/Internet access service, cable television services, postal services and audiotext services. This information shall be henceforth collected trough an Extranet, which is currently being developed for this purpose, and which shall apply to the information regarding the 1st quarter of 2005. This measure is comprised in the scope of the information and database management system for the statistics of the electronic communications services and postal services being implemented at present by ANACOM.

This determination was notified to interested parties, who may assess the issue in writing, within a 10-day time limit, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
