Frequency usage rights in the 450-470 MHz band

By determination of 17 January 2008, approval has been given to the decision on limiting the number of frequency usage rights to be allocated for the provision of the Land Mobile Service (LMS) in the 450-470 MHz band. Likewise, approval has been given to the definition of the respective allocation procedure and to the possibility of provision of LMS in the same band by providers of the mobile trunking service (MTS). This decision includes approval of the report on the respective consultation, which was launched on 16 October 2007.
