Amendment to guidelines for minimum content to be included in electronic communication contracts (consultation)

By determination of 4 June 2008, ANACOM gave approval to the following measures:

• Draft decision which determines the amendment of guidelines for minimum content to be included in electronic communication contracts following the entry into force of Law no 12/2008 of 26 February, and which also determines that all providers of electronic communication services adapt the subscription contract models to the new regime and send information to communication subscribers regarding the contractual alterations arising from said Law. This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of articles 100 et seq. of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
  
  
• Draft decision on the amendment of the guidelines for minimum content to be included in the contracts for the provision of electronic communication services in respect of ''loyalty periods''. This draft decision was submitted to the general consultation procedure, under the terms of article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications.
