Implementation of obligations maintained on the PT Group in the scope of market 12

By determination of 26 June 2008, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the assessment of means to implement obligations maintained on the PT Group in the scope of market 12, referred to in Commission Recommendation 2003/311/EC of 11 February (wholesale broadband access). Approval was granted also to the interested parties prior hearing report on this draft decision, adopted  by determination of 30 April 2008.
