With the new Code of Public Contracts, approved by Decree-Law no. 18/2008 of 29 January, entering into force on 30 July 2008, ANACOM has created a Public Procurement area.
In this new area ANACOM will disclose all information related to public procurement contracts promoted by this Authority, as an awarding entity, including details on the procedures and the list of tenders launched.
