Tender for LMS services in the 450-470 MHz frequency band - Appointment of the Commission

By determination of 27 August 2008, the Board of Directors appointed the Commission that, according to the respective regulation, is concerned with the public tender opened on 23 August for the allocation of a right of use for frequencies, of a national scope, for the provision of a publicly available land mobile service (LMS) in the 450-470 MHz frequency band.
