ANACOM has approved the review of the report on the consultation concerning the introduction of the GSM-R system and the definition of the respective type of authorisation. Vodafone Portugal's contribution, which failed to be included in the assessment of market responses, although it had been submitted in due time, has now been included therein.
In the view of the details of the contribution, however, ANACOM has deemed that there are no grounds for amending the decision approved by determination of 6 August 2008.
