The latest in the series of ''ANACOM Seminars'' is being held on 25 September 2008 at Lisbon's SANA Malhoa Hotel at 3.30pm.
This seminar will see the presentation of the work ''The Broadband Efficiency Index: What Really Drives Broadband Adoption Across the OECD?'', authored by the Phoenix Center for Advanced Legal and Economic Public Policy Studies - George S. Ford, Chief-Economist, who will be responsible for the presentation, Thomas M. Koutsky and Lawrence J. Spiwak.
