Prices of the television signal distribution and broadcasting service

By determination of 23 July 2008, approval was granted to the draft decision on prices of the television signal distribution and broadcasting service charged by PT Comunicações, S.A., pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 16 of the Bases of the Concession of the telecommunications public service (Decree-Law no. 31/2003 of 17 February), in the scope of the implementation of measures determined further to the analysis of the wholesale market of broadcasting transmission services, to deliver broadcast content to end users (market 18 of Commission Recommendation 2003/311/EC of 11 February 2003).

This draft decision has been submitted to the opinion of the Gabinete para os Meios de Comunicação Social and to a prior hearing of interested parties, who may assess the matter in writing within 10 working days, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
