Authored by the Phoenix Center for Advanced Legal and Economic Public Policy Studies - George S. Ford, Thomas M. Koutsky and Lawrence J. Spiwak, this work was submitted in the latest in the series of ''ANACOM Seminars'', which was held yesterday, 25 September, in Lisbon's SANA Malhoa Hotel. The presentation of the study, made by George S. Ford has also been made available for consultation.
