As part of the process of the allocation of a frequency usage right, on a national basis, for the provision of the publically available land mobile service (LMS), the public act of opening the tender applications, with respect to the public tender for the allocation of a frequency usage right in the 450-470 MHz frequency band, has been scheduled to be held at 10am at ANACOM's head office.
This act is being held in accordance with the period established in the tender regulation - Regulation no 474/2008 of 22 August - beginning on 23 August with the deadline for submitting tenders terminating at 4pm on 3 October.
Under the terms of this regulation, ANACOM published notice of this public act in the press, as follows: Diário Económico (26 September), Diário de Notícias (26 September), Jornal de Negócios (26 September), Público (26 September), Expresso (27 September) and SOL (27 September).
