On 6 October the public act of opening the tender applications was held at the premises of ANACOM with respect to the public tender for the allocation of a frequency usage right in the 450-470 MHz frequency band, on a national basis, for the provision of the publically available land mobile service.
The Committee appointed for this purpose decided to propose to ANACOM's Board of Directors that the proposed tender presented by the company RNT - Rede Nacional de Telecomunicações, S.A. be accepted.
ANACOM's Board of Directors, by determination 8 October, approved the Committee's proposal.
