Portability Regulation - draft amendment

By determination of 15 October 2008, ANACOM approved a draft amendment to Regulation no. 58/2005 of 18 August (Portability Regulation) and the respective statement of reasons.

This draft amendment is subject to the regulatory procedure provided for in article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, as well as to the general consultation procedure established in article 8 of the Electronic Communications Law, a period of 30 working days having been set for comments in the context of both procedures.
