Selected Instruments of the International Telecommunications Union

The ICP-ANACOM has issued the publication "Selected Instruments of the International Telecommunication Union", which is a compilation, in Portuguese and English, of the UIT main instruments - its Constitution and the Convention - and also the Rules of Procedure of Conferences and other Meetings of the International Telecommunication Union.
