Administrative Rule nullno. 1239/2008 of 31 Octoberhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=774898 - opens a pubic tender for the granting of a licence to carry on television activities consisting of the organization of an unrestricted free-to-air television programme service of a national and general scope, broadcasting twenty-four hours a day, using spectrum allocated to terrestrial digital television. The tender regulation and respective specifications have also been approved.
