ANACOM has decided, by determination of 29 October 2008, not to oppose the proposed residential tariff of the telephone service at a fixed location, in respect of the universal service, presented by PT Comunicações, S.A. on 20 October 2008 and reformulated on 28 October, without prejudice to the due fulfilment of the obligation of transparency, whereby it shall be presented to the Advisory Council.
