The final version of the programme of the 2nd Congress of the Portuguese Committee of URSI has been released. The theme of the Congress, which is organised by ANACOM and will take place on 20 and 21 November at Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações (Portuguese Communications Foundation) in Lisbon, is 'Electromagnetic Compatibility and New Radiocommunication Services'.
