APRITEL - Associação dos Operadores de Telecomunicações (Association of Telecommunications Operators) has released the latest results of the Public Procurement Monitor which examines the tenders of the Portuguese public administration in the area of telecommunications. The Association has also issued a set of recommendations on this matter.
