Following determination of 9 December 2008, ANACOM issued a certificate that establishes and gives concrete expression to frequency use rights, of national scope, for the provision of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) broadcasting service, to which the Multiplexer A (MUX A) is associated, for the broadcasting of unrestricted free-to-air television programme services.
