Brussels hosted last 13-14 November the 4th meeting of the Contact Network of the Independent Regulators Group (IRG) and European Regulators Group (ERG), chaired by Hungary (NCAH).
Various documents were presented during the sessions, of which the following stand out: questionnaire concerning the action plan on VoIP; position vis-à-vis roaming; report on transparency of tariff information; and proposed Report on Guidance on the Application of the Margin Squeeze Test to Bundles.
The current state of activities of the I/ERGRadio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) co-operation group was also reviewed, ahead of presentation to the first RSPG plenary meeting in 2009.
Regarding the proposed 2009 working programme (WP 2009), a summary of the contributions received to date under the public consultation on WP 2009 was also presented and the proposals from working groups and respective project requirements debated.
The Contact Network's next meeting will be held in Vienna in February 2009.
