Transfer to SONAECOM of rights of use for numbers

By determination of 22 December 2008, approval was granted to a draft decision on the conditions of rights of use for numbers transferred from Optimus Telecomunicações to Novis Telecom, following an authorization decided on 24.10.2007, and on the transfer to SONAECOM of rights of use for numbers allocated to TELEMILÉNIO.
