Decree-Law no. 20/2009, of 19 January (amendment to annex II), amendment to Annex II of Decree-Law no. 325/2007 of 28 September, whereby Directive no. 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December, on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive 89/336/EEC, was transposed into national legislation, eliminating the requirement for the EC declaration to be written in Portuguese.
Notice no. 1912/2009, published on 21 January (referent to the year 2005), on the provision of the report on quality of service levels of the universal postal service provided by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A., with reference to the year 2005.
