The European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) has announced a vacancy for the position of Spectrum Expert at its head quarters in Copenhagen. Applications for the post, which has a term of four year, extendable to eight, close on 28 February.
Among other requirements, the successful applicant will need:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience;
- Experience in spectrum management and with compatibility studies;
- Familiarity with European telecommunications regulatory practices and EU communications law;
- Capacity for initiative, responsibility and team leadership;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
- Good command of English in respect of oral and written comprehension, speaking and writing. Knowledge of another major European language would be an advantage;
- Willingness to travel extensively as necessary.
