At the request of the company concerned, ANACOM decided, by determination of 4 February 2009, to amend the right to use frequencies allocated to Onitelecom for the operation of the fixed wireless access (FWA) in the 24.5-26.5 GHz band. This amendment regards the minimum number of central stations to be installed by the company.
