26 February 2009 saw publication in Diário da República of the Resolution of the Assembly and the Decree of the President of the Republic approving and ratifying the amendments to the Convention on the establishment of the European Radiocommunications Office (ERO), as well as the establishment of the European Communications Office (ECO), subsequent to the amendments adopted by the ERO Council in Copenhagen on 9 April 2002.
