LMS 450-470 MHz Tender - dismissal of the application by RNT for extension of deadline

By determination of 18 February 2009, the Board of Directors of ANACOM approved the order of 13 February 2009 dismissing the application made by RNT - Rede Nacional de Telecomunicações, S.A. on 11 February 2009 to extend the deadline to comply with the obligations of raising the provisional bond and providing the bond in respect of the development of information society projects, both bonds pursuant to Regulation no 474/2008 of 22 August.
