ANACOM decided, on 13 February 2009, to dismiss the application of RNT - Rede Nacional de Telecomunicações, S.A. for a further extension to the deadline to comply with the obligations to raise the provisional bond and to provide the bond in respect of the development of information society projects, in accordance with Regulation no. 474/2008 of 22 August. This deadline had previously been extended by 20 working days by decision of 16 January 2009.
