The Regulatory Authority for the Media (ERC) decided on 23 of March, that the applications presented by Telecinco and by Zon II - Serviços de Televisão did not fulfil the legal and regulatory requirements for admission to the tender, whereby the respective applications were excluded.
The ERC therefore upholds the provisional decision which it had adopted on 20 February 2009.
