Portability Regulation - draft amendment (consultation)

By determination of 15 April 2009, ANACOM has given approval to the draft Regulation amending Regulation no. 58/2005, published on 18 August (Portability Regulation) and as amended by Regulation no. 87/2009, published on 18 February, as well as to the respective statement of reasons.

This draft amendment is subject to the regulatory procedure established in Article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, as well as the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications, with a period of 30 working days provided for the submission of comments under both procedures.
