The national list of people who do not want to receive publicity, including by email, SMS and MMS, is now available on the ''Consumer Portal'' (Portal do Consumidor).
Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 62/2009 of 10 March, the General Consumer Directorate is charged with keeping this list current, making it easier for consumers to exercise their rights to oppose the use of their personal data for marketing purposes or any other type of prospecting, preserving the privacy.
