Portability - Dispute between ZON and PT Comunicações (draft decision)

By determination of 6 May 2009, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the administrative settlement proceedings concerning a portability dispute opposing ZON TV Cabo Portugal (ZON) and PT Comunicações, following an application submitted by ZON pursuant to article 10 of the Electronic Communications Law.

This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, under articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code, for a period of 10 working days.
