Auction Regulation for the granting of BWA frequencies (consultation)

By determination of 20 May 2009, ANACOM approved the draft of the auction Regulation for the granting of frequencies rights of use for broadband wireless access (BWA), as well as the respective statement of reasons.

This draft is subject to the regulatory procedure established in Article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, as well as the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications, with a period of 30 working days provided for the submission of comments under both procedures.
