ANACOM is hosting an Experts Conference of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) on ''Using Sensor-Based Networks To Address Global Issues: Policy Opportunities And Challenges''. The conference will take place on 8 and 9 June, at Lisbon's Corinthia Hotel.
Discussion will focus on Sensor-Based Networks in the terms of delivering health and elderly care, improving transportation and protecting the environment. The agenda will also cover opportunities and challenges at an economic, social and technical level, including issues of innovation, information security, privacy and infrastructure.
