Portability - Dispute between ZON and PT Comunicações

By determination of 5 August 2009, ANACOM approved a final decision on the administrative settlement proceedings concerning a portability dispute opposing ZON TV Cabo Portugal (ZON) and PT Comunicações, following an application submitted by ZON pursuant to article 10 of the Electronic Communications Law.
