ANACOM approved, by determination of 5 August 2009, a draft decision on alterations to the reference unbundling offer (RUO) as well as its notification to the European Commission and to national regulatory authorities of other Member States, pursuant to Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February.
The RUO draft alterations were also submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
