Electronic Communications Services Consumer Survey - Residential Population (December 2008)

This report, which presents the main results of the survey of the consumption of electronic communications services for the residential Portuguese population, was conducted by ANACOM and TNS-Euroteste between 5 November and 29 December 2008.  It focuses, in particular, on the consumption of the telephone service at a fixed location (FTS), the mobile telephone service (MTS), the Internet access service and the television subscription service.
