BRAGATEL - revocation of licence no. ICP-11/99-FWA (draft decision)

By determination of 19 August 2009, ANACOM issued a draft decision revoking the act granting licence no. ICP-11/99-FWA to BRAGATEL – Companhia de Televisão por Cabo de Braga, for the operation of fixed wireless access (FWA) systems and ordering the corresponding recovery of the allocated right of use for frequencies, with effect from 1 January 2004. It was also decided to reject the application for retroactive effect of the revoking act with effect from the date on which the license was issued.
