Notice
In compliance with paragraph 2 of article 29 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February - Electronic Communications Law - ICP-ANACOM made public, through a notice published in the D.R., II Series, no. 86, of 4 May 2007, that the preceding lists of standards and/or specifications for electronic communications networks and services published in the Official Journal of the European Union no. C331, of 31 December 2002, with reference 2002/C 331/04, and in the Official Journal of the European Union no. C71, of 23 March 2006, with reference 2006/C 71/04, have been replaced by Commission Decision 2007/176/EC, published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 27 March 2007. This decision also provides for an addition to the list of standards for the minimum set of leased lines published in the Official Journal of the European Union of 25 July 2003.
In compliance with the same provision of the Electronic Communications Law, ICP-ANACOM makes also public that on 4 April this year Commission Decision 2008/286/EC of 17 March 2008 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union, amending Decision 2007/176/EC as regards the list of standards and/or specifications for electronic communications networks, services and associated facilities and services, available in the website of ICP-ANACOM at www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
