In compliance with the provision of paragraph 2 of article 29 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February, Electronic Communications Law - ANACOM made public, by notice in the Diário da Republica (the Official Gazette) , III Series, no. 128, of 1 June 2004, that the list of standards and specifications, referred to in paragraph 1 thereof, regarding the harmonised provision of electronic communications networks and services and associated facilities and services, elaborated by the European Commission, had been published in the Official Journal of the European Communities n.º C 331, of 31 December 2002, under the reference (2002/C 331/04), the respective text being available at the website www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
In compliance with that same provision of the Electronic Communications Law, ANACOM hereby makes public that the referred list has been amended by the European Commission, as specifically regards the digital interactive television services (application program interfaces and standards for the realisation of interactive television content), the referred amendment having been published in the Official Journal of the European Union no. C 71, of 23 March 2006, under the reference (2006/C 71/04). The respective text has been made available likewise at the website www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
