Statement of Compliance of the Cost Accounting System of CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.
It is incumbent upon ICP-Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ICP-ANACOM), as the regulatory authority, pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 19 of Law no. 102/99, of 26 July, to approve the cost accounting system of the universal service provider, to oversee its correct application and to publish every year a statement stating the conformity of the cost accounting system and of results achieved.
Therefore, in compliance with this provision, it is hereby made public that the statement of compliance of the cost accounting system of CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. for 2005 and 2006, issued by ICP-ANACOM, is available to all interested parties at the Public Enquiry Services of the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, at Avenida José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, from 09.00 am to 04.00 pm, Monday to Friday, as well as at www.anacom.pt.
