Statement of Compliance of the CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.
Cost Accounting System
The ICP Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ICP-ANACOM) is responsible, as the regulatory authority, under the terms of point 2 of article 19 of Law no. 102/99, of July 26, for approving the cost accounting system of the universal service provider (CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.), inspecting its correct application and annually publishing a statement of compliance of the cost accounting system and the results obtained.
In fulfilment of these terms, it is hereby made public that ICP's Statement of Compliance of the Cost Accounting System of CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. for the 2004 financial year is available to all interested parties in the Public Attendance Service of the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, Avenida José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisboa, between 09:00 and 16:00, from Monday to Friday, and at the Internet site, www.anacom.pt.
