By determination of 16 September 2009, ANACOM decided to withdraw the statistical indicators, approved on 19 March 1996 and amended on 24 October 2007, which providers of the data transmission service were supposed to submit on a quarterly basis.
Notwithstanding the determined withdrawal of the statistical questionnaire, providers under consideration remain obliged to provide ANACOM with all activity-related information, including financial information, so that this Authority is able to pursue all activities provided for in the Electronic Communications Law - Law number 5/2004, of 10 February.
