Statement of Rectification

It is hereby declared, to all intents and purposes, that Decree-Law no. 56/2001, published in the Diário da República, I Series, no. 42, of 19 February 2001, the original of which is deposited in the archives of this General Secretariat, has been enacted presenting the following inaccuracies, which are thus amended:

In Article 3, paragraph 2 f), for "African countries where Portuguese is the official language" read "Portuguese-speaking African countries".

In Article 36, for "by sections I and II" read "by sections I to III".
